  • Can you do accurate sizing of babies hand/footprint?
    Yes. We can do accurate sizing to replicate your newborns hand/footprints. Just put the length in inches in the comments when you are placing your order. That way we can get them as close as possible.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    Once we relieve your order, we will have it shipped to you within 5-7 business days. We try to get your keepsakes to you as soon as we can.
  • What do you need to create my keepsake sign?
    It’s simple. All we need is a clear picture of your note, drawing, footprint, etc. You will attach the photo when you order. Leave a note in the "character field" as to what you want your sign to say.
  • What file type?
    Just a picture with your phone is perfectly fine. Try to get good lightning and make sure it is a clear photo.
  • Does punctuation count as a letter?
    Punctuation does not count as a letter unless there are more than 3 in a row. (example: !!!)
  • Can I get a refund?
    Since all keepsakes are custom and make to order, we have a no return policy. Please reach out with questions about your order if you have any concerns.
